At Mythical Coffee, we want every brew to be legendary; if your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on gear and replacements for coffee within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the coffee or equipment didn't meet your mythical standards.

  Prepare Your Package

  For brewing equipment and merchandise, ensure the items are in their original packaging; coffee beans do not need to be returned if they are already opened.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive your item or verify your coffee issue, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh roast immediately.
